Can't wait for them to flex on the wrong citizen...I imagine many cannot wait for 6:00 p.m. so they can flex on otherwise law abiding citizens. You know, 'cause thugs be dangerous an all.

One of the douchebags is going to **** with somebody who's a hell of a lot meaner than they are and who's had a hell of a lot more training than 11 weeks at mandate School. Can't wait for them to flex on the wrong citizen...
I am encouraged to hear that.My friend that is a Sargent in Gwinnett says that he is instructing his people to educate, not pull people over and demand papers...
Their oath is to the Constitution, and it still is, regardless of what memo the governor sent out...
I am encouraged to hear that.
Not necessarily: title 42 section 1983 usc is a section of law where a private citizen can sue individuals in government if they violate your constitutional rights. Their liability is personal, and they may not be defended at government expense, they have to furnish their own lawyer. The problem is, of course corruption in the courts is rampant. However, the threat of this statute works quite well at the lower level. No, you are right. But it'll cost you a small fortune in attorney's fees to prove it. If you are successful.
Like I said. It will cost you a small fortune to sue to right the wrong. You may not be successful. Not many will have the means or wherewithal to file pro se.Not necessarily: title 42 section 1983 usc is a section of law where a private citizen can sue individuals in government if they violate your constitutional rights. My own take on the current situation: Follow the dictates of the elected leaders during the pandemic, not because they carry the force of law, but because they are (mostly) well-intentioned and not logically unreasonable. We chose leaders, and those leaders are asking us to follow in ways that (again, mostly) make sense for our communities and the nation as a whole.
VERY WELL SAID
Keep in mind that in the eyes of some it doesn't matter what our leaders do they are WRONG. Don't be one of those people. Look at the intent which is to keep even those haters well and get us through this. The Democrats are going to continue to say that Republican leaders are WRONG, do not fuel their cause.
JMO and it will not be worth anything to some.
