We need Hunter's defense team to win for him using the SCOTUS interpretation from Clarence Thomas. If he wins using this defense and courts ruling, his legal team will have cemented the ruling as legal precedence for decades to come. Now I'm hoping he wins. Truly amazing that his father and dens have loathed this decision since it was announced and now they pick and choose when to use it to their advantage. Cast made, bait taken and HOOKED!!
