The Civil War letters of a POW .

Fun fact my other ancestor actually fought in the revolutionary War signed the Cumberland compact (the preamble to the TN constitution) and was given a land grant in TN for fighting in the war. He donated the land where he is barried on long hallow pike in Cumberland TN at beach Cumberland cemetery its one of the oldest in TN .

I will have to get the world War 2 letters scanned in . Anyone nothing crazy in the letters just allows you to see kind of the way people talked back then . I figured someone might want to read them . View attachment 3325098
