Looks like the mayor of Macongo is planning to sink $100M in the old Macon Mall. This will end up being another huge toilet flush of tax dollars. The hoodlums are gonna love the nicer selection of stuff to steal and vandalize though.

They’ve talked (and talked) about renovating/repurposing Gwinnett Mall for years. The idea of mall revitalization sounds great, but nobody really goes to malls to shop anymore. Just a hangout for ‘hood rats and noisy, rude teens.
Last time I was in MOG it was mostly just us old farts mall-walking.
