Looks like the Red Green possum van.
The good news is with this location it will have significantly lower Exhaust Gas Temperatures. 
The bad news is with the turbo so far from the inlet manifold it will likely experience some serious "Turbo Lag"

Not really aerodynamic. The steering probably gets squirrely aroun a hundee.
The original flux capacitor
Not as bad as some full size pickups, that put the turbo in place of the muffler, under the tailgate. Along with the air intake.The good news is with this location it will have significantly lower Exhaust Gas Temperatures.
