The steel cylinder probably saved a lot of hurt..

I have a few Taurus, mostly PT-58's (4) that I bought on ODT. My Truck gun is a Super .38 Taurus. I bought all my Taurus guns on ODT, Never any problems.
I had problems with a Taurus G2c in 9mm. I had problems with FTF and FTE but changed out the magazine and all problems went away so far so good.
No clue, someone brought it to me that way. Ive seen no less than 10 over the years just like this. I blame bad cylinder timing but don't know for 100% because there's no way to check after the fact without the pieces
Not mine. Knock on wood, in 1000s of guns and no less than a million rounds fired, I've never had a major catastrophic failure like that. Not in my hands I mean
