Incorrect.
The King of Battle's (Field Artillery) home is Ft. Sill.

The Armor School was formerly at Ft. Knox.
Since 2011 it has been at Ft. Benning.

The M1As are disassembled at Anniston AL, where all of the parts are logged and tracked. Then the hulls, engines and other parts are shipped to Lima Ohio to be upgraded and rebuilt. They have a test track there......

Thats the was it was about 10 years ago.
