So last weekend I headed east from Atlanta for the Civilian Marksmanship Program Facility in Talladega. If you get the chance head on over and check out what $23 million dollars will buy...a top notch facility is what it gets.
I ended up 2nd in CDP with my Combat Precision 1911 and 13th overall out of 47 shooters total. The CoF was deceptively simple which is a trap in itself. I also ended up with an M1 Garand following me home...1943 Springer Action, New American Walnut, and new Barrel.
