Met some good dudes today. Thanks!!
On the way back home, I hit the Pawn shop in Winder, American Pawn on Main street, they had a Shield .40 for $284, all types of ammo from .9mm -7.62x39. One of the New Shotguns that has the magazine in the rear for $525. In case someone is looking for anything.
Sorry didn’t make it, mother-in-law microwaved her iPhone... haha...she’s 80... had to go get her a new one.
Dang, just seen this. I would have come by.
It was fun, every one traded for something. We discussed having a weekly meet. (Maybe on Sundays)
Great time had by all and lots of good, fair ammo trading done. Brunswick stew and brisket sandwiches were consumed!
Owner’s son came out and made us welcome. (He also bought $500 worth of ammo and paid the last $100 in ribeyes, smoked pork cops, sausage and sugar-cured ham lol). It was a good trade.
I’m seriously considering making this swap meet a weekly thing for awhile...even if nobody shows up the food is worth the trip!!
Sunday’s at 2pm interest anyone?
Just a side note for you preppers out there...that cured ham keeps on the shelf for a long time!
Never knew that was Bogart but have been there a few times. I believe the 1st one was down in Albany and my neighbor introduced me to them. Nice store and nice people.
Anybody coming today at 2pm? If so I’ll come and bring some ammo if I have what you are looking for...need to pm me quick tho lol.
I’m always looking for an excuse to run over there and grab some food!
