I just got this and I'm pretty impressed. It's got a lot of good stuff and the bag is great. Heavy duty and all the compartments are labeled. I love this bag, lol. I'm going to add a couple things (suggestions welcome) but it's pretty good already. Lots of other kits for first aid and survival on their site too.

If you sign up for their email newsletter you get 10% off so it's better to go that way than ordering from Amazon.

Not sure if your kit has these, but definitely should:

Venom kit

Sting kit (if anyone in your family is deathly allergic)

Chest Seal x2 (gun shot wounds)

Some sort of hemostatic agent (recommend bandages over powder or spray)

Tourniquet x2 (recommend SOFTT-W gen 4)

***
Other recommendations that aren't paramount:

Duct tape

Hand warmers (Great to stick them under arms and in groin areas.)

Instant Cold Pack (heat stroke, cramps, torn muscles, sprains, severe cuts, breaks, etc.)

ABC rated Fire extinguisher (home and vehicle)

****
Also, I personally keep a full face respirator mask just in case. I've used it once to put out a work truck fire on I-85. And another time for an apartment fire some kids started and I had to make sure all the kids were out (stupid parents were work). May not be a concern for you but just thought I'd be thorough.
