If you remove him from your trust, then he cannot have possession of it until he gets his own stamp. Is that correct?

That’s right, but if he files for his own he can hold on to it until it’s approved since he is on tremonos trust as a trustee.
True but if he pisses tremonos off and he goes ahead and removes him, that is what I was referring to, since he said his cousin was being a richard.
