Suppressor transfer from one trust to another

What's involved? I am gifting a Sparrow to my cousin....he wants to have it in his own trust and I will be removing him from mine.

He's willing to pay the taxes and fees, anything I need to do on my end?

That's what I thought.....just wanted to make sure. I don't suppose the ATF put the form 4 back on the e-file site......that would just be too easy.

I don’t think Form 4’s have ever been efiled. Or maybe I just never knew that.

Nope. I've done it twice and its a pain in the butt. Has to be done in duplicate, and hand written unless you can type it up.

Efile Form 4s lasted about two weeks. If you need some guidance or just want me to fill them out for you call me buddy. It's not terribly complicated but easy to screw up on a paper form. I've done a couple.

If you trust him enough that he’s on your trust, why not just hand it over and be done with it? Why put it into his trust?
