Just bought a Pit Boss 820 today. First cook was chicken legs.
Just pulled them off. Set to Smoke (about 170-180f), after 40 minutes, turned them for another 25-30 minutes. Cranked it to 350, positioned all the legs with skin up, left them for about 35 minutes. Planning on flash deep frying to get extra crispy.
