I was lucky to pick up the kit like 2 days after I got my Evo. Should have my stamp any day now

He offers a class occasionally, I assume because there isn't a huge demand since so many agencies switched from submachine guns to SBR'd AR's.

I conduct said training. You are also welcome to run those types of legal firearms in my carbine classes.
