Actually driver can pull up, blind/sight impaired person is in the back seat, rolls window down, puts card in, follows braille instructions and gets their finances done. Not as unusual as it sounds.

Not a "sign" but it's about a sign. I still laugh at this lady that called into a radio station in Minnesota to complain about a deer crossing caution sign and how they should move it to a location that is safer for the deer to cross.
