Stuffed bell peppers

I cook some chicken breasts and shred them, shove em in some peppers with salsa ,cheese,and rice. Good stuff!

I do enjoy stuffed peppers. If you ever want some without all the cooking check out the ones at Costco. They are a staple in my house.

Btw the best cooked peppers I’ve ever eaten are fried banana peppers at Billy’s BBQ in Lexington, Kentucky.
