Almost every day I see articles in the newspaper or on the television news about people being injured by stray bullets. I have never seen a stray bullet. I keep all my ammo locked up so that none of it goes missing. Maybe we need a leash law for ammo similar to the one for dogs. Most of the stray bullets seem to come from areas frequented by members of certain ethnic groups that belong to gangs or packs. Has anybody on ODT ever seen a stray bullet that wasn't fired by some fool. I guess it isn't politically correct to state that the bullet was fired by some fool that was conducting gang business.
