The Governor basically said this is band-aid money until they put a more permanent plan in place.

I would like to know what the "more permanent" plan is going to involve.

My son has to deal with the homeless every day he's working. He's an EMT and has to help when they call, they are usually just cold and can't find shelter. He's gone out of his way to help them, passing whatever food he's got to them when he can. He's not a bleeding heart lib, just a guy that tries to help when he can.

That is where a bunch come from each and every month, and Atlanta, is taking them each and every month (daily) trying to clean up NY, good luck just dumping them on the Atlanta, city and streets...
