Steak Marinade

4 parts olive oil
2 parts soy or Worcestershire sauce
1 part Montreal Steak Seasoning
1/2 part finely ground coffee

Mix well and coat entire surface of meat and rest for at least 2 hours

I have been using this several years, got off other forum you will not be disappointed

After I marinate my steaks I let them sit a day or two before cooking in the fridge..The day I am ready to cook them, I take them out of the fridge turn them and let them sit on the counter for at least 6 hrs at room temp..After taking them off the grill, let them sit for 15 minutes before serving..By doing this you will retain a lot of the juices, that would normally drain out, if you cut to soon.

I set out any meat I cook until its almost room temp(Except for chicken). It really transforms how it cooks
