That looks cooked perfectly. Got to have some red. And I love pan searing steaks and finishing with compound butter. I always have some in the fridge. I roast a bunch of heads of garlic and mix it with butter. Lately I've been making my own butter with my Kitchenaid mixer and heavy cream.
