I've had stainless guns off and on over the years. never liked them, but they do have their place. I have two revolvers now that are SS. I wanted a 686 and it's kinda hard to find one that ain't stainless...

That's cause you need to look for a 586

truth be told, I’ve been looking at a beautiful set of pearls for my nickel 3-digit serial# flat latch S&W model 40.
Just can’t afford ‘em right now.

Went through the 586 4" thing, it became worth more to sell. But, it wasn't a 6" 686, .357 Sweetness.

No, that just starts the cycle all over if I don't have one. You remind, I have three now. I added a Ruger Gp-100 3" a friend gifted me at his passing. No, three here now are staying..

Yep, I like certain guns in stainless...Like revolvers and 1911's...

Some all metal guns look nice with stainless.

I also like blue/black, and prefer them most of the time, but I do like some stainless guns.
