I have one that I picked up in August, it has not transmitted a photo since November 27th, I have already done the update hoping that would fix it but it hasn't, I just need to remember during the week to step out from work and call their help line as I have done what they advised on-line to no prevail

Will the camera send pic to any carrier?

I think it’s att and Verizon.i use the SPYPOINT app to look at pics and control camera.im on Verizon.

Did you figure out what was wrong.

I downloaded the software update but it still was not working, I did the first time set up and made sure everything was on what it says to start with and it started working

anyone have a problem with their camera only transferring one photo per transfer when you know multiple animals were in front of it?
