This course is normally $250 and I have 8-10 students in a class. I am charging $400 for this one, and there will only be 2 students.
Course will start at 8am and run until approximately 5pm with a 1 hour break for lunch. Location is in Aragon GA.
I can supply an AR and equipment. I have sources for well-priced ammunition, as well.
Topics covered will include, but are not limited to:
-Nomenclature and functioning, to include aftermarket accessories, upgrades, magazines, ammo, etc.
-What specs make up a good AR
-Cleaning, care and maintenance
-Range safety and safe handling
-Fundamentals of marksmanship
-Loading & unloading
-Zeroing with both iron sights (fixed or backups) and optics
-Shooting from various ready positions
-Use of strong- and support-side cover
-3 reloads (Emergency, Tactical, and Magazine Exchange)
-Clearing Simple and Remedial Malfunctions
-Shooting while moving
Gear list:
AR rifle or carbine, any centerfire caliber
500 rounds of ammunition
Minimum 6 magazines
Pouch or other method to carry at least 1 magazine on your person for an immediate reload
Sling
Eye and ear protection
Ball cap or other hat with at least a front brim on it
Water and snacks
