Southeast Toyota finance is a shyt finance company

I recently paid off my (used) car,
financed through Capital One Auto Finance.
They seemed competent, honest, and easy to work with over the last three years.

Going this week to look at the new Tundras, financing will be USAA or my credit union.

Why anyone uses a dealerships financing options is beyond me. Any dealers financing options whether it be vehicles, furniture, or appliances is going to be shady.

0% financing for 3 years was good enough for me. Only thing that could have been better is if they were paying me!

I’ve bought 4 new Toyota’s over the years. Always financing thru SETF. Just be careful when signing the paperwork so they don’t add anything extra in that wasn’t agreed upon...had that happen one time. Other that, the other 3 were easy.

Bear in mind, that everything about a dealership, including the manner in which they greet you, is especially choreographed from time proven tactics to maximize cash extraction from the buyer. They are professionals for the most part and they train in the tactics that work for (on) most customers.

I had heard that they might redesign for 2022 but I like the current, proven model.
