Looks good. I am just finishing a Boneless Chuck roast in the Instant Pot. I cooked it for an hour and then added the potatoes,carrots and green beans for an additional 10 min. In about fifteen, it's eating time.

All you gonna need now is some good chow chow an cracklin corn bread.

Easy, peasy. Get you a bag of Martha White's Hot Rize Cornbread mix. Recipe on the bag.

2 cups mix
1-1/4 cup milk
1/4 cup oil
1 egg

Beat egg and mix with rest of ingredients.

Bake at 425° for 20-25 min.

I use a cast iron skillet, greased with shortening or bacon drippings and pre-heated in oven while coming up to temp. If cast iron is properly seasoned, cornbread will just drop out onto a plate.
