Ok this has never happened to me so any advice would be much appreciated, I have a 1911 currently listed on here for trade only and somebody stole the pictures and description and listed it on gun Broker claiming it is in New Jersey, has anyone else had this happen? What do you do, I'm a little freaked out right now.

I had that happen to me with a boat sale on craigslist . Not much you can do but you might be able to FLAG the add on Gunbroker.

I went on gun Broker and did the best I could to let them know what was going on, I also contacted the seller and let him know if he didn't pull the add I would press charges.

Create an account and bid it up and don't pay. Keep doing it until they take it down. New accounts each time. Waste his time by pricing it into orbit. Especially if GunBroker won't do anything about it.

I am trying, Gun Broker doesn't have a really good place to contact them for disputes or fraud.
