Somebody give me cheap shed roof ideas.

Always MEASURE & plan Accordingly.
1 inch can Mean DISASTER!!
Catastrophic damage for sure!
Either to structure OR equipment!View attachment 3009665
lol, that is EXACTLY what I'm worried about. I normally keep my ROPs down and need to change that bad habit. If I don't build whatever I build with enough clearance for it being UP, I'd never put it up for that very reason.

"Supposedly" you can get a decent 40' for around $2k if you're patient. I'd have no problem paying that but there's no way to make the turn into my property with one. :mmph: It would be absolutely perfect for my needs though. Unfortunately the 20 footers would only hold the tractor and they are generally $1,500 or so and I'd need two and at that point it's really not worth it (plus not 100% sure I could even get a 20' where I'd need it).

How about a 20' with lean to's for the equipment? Holds my tractor with FEL and quickhitch on the back with plenty of room to spare.

The Cheapest way to go is to find somebody dismantling an old Chicken House & swap out your Labor in exchange for plenty of materials to do your project. That,or find one being torn down & buy however much tin & wood trusses you’ll need. If you want to go cheap cheap..cut down fresh Cedar trees(good sized ones) & use them as your posts. As far as the nail holes left in the tin(from removing it)...a few tubes of clear silicone will seal them up for the rest of your life. You can also build this a little taller than one of those prefab metal carports. Me: I’d sell a gun & some ammo...and buy the materials from a Chicken house. A lot of them were built with Creosote poles & you can get them too...saving the need to cut cedar trees!
