So I'm thinking about getting a Can Am Spyder...............

Don't mean to hijack a thread, but how'd you drop the weight. Was at 200 my whole AF career. Retired and took an office job. Here I am fully retired at 62 and pushing 400.

Have comorbidities, but they're in check. But I'd love to drop 150.

Bypass Bypass get the Spyder. I'm still going on my 2008 Gold Wing.
Changed what i eat basically. It just takes a lot of will power and product education.
I cant ‘exercise‘ in a traditional sense so i have to go at it a diff. Way.
Its not easy ! Good luck !

I’ve seen some nice places riding my Spyder RT these past 8 years, has storage galore for traveling.

Little in common with a motorcycle, rides and drives nothing like a Harley trike, Spyders can hit a curve at 55 and come out the other side doing 75.

To me it’s most similar to a street-legal 4-wheeler with better handling and a much smoother ride.
