Changed what i eat basically. It just takes a lot of will power and product education.Don't mean to hijack a thread, but how'd you drop the weight. Was at 200 my whole AF career. Retired and took an office job. Here I am fully retired at 62 and pushing 400.
Have comorbidities, but they're in check. But I'd love to drop 150.
