Weight is still coming off…not putting it back on !

That’s the right attitude and is exactly how I am feeling

I had a LDL scare and really made me think more what I shove into my mouth now

fresh lean and green is my way now

and I feel more happier and energy and if I didn’t diet before this surgery I don’t know what I would done
It’s easier to wipe my butt and tie my shoes with thes semi- tires gone lol

I have been thankful no colostomy bag when they rushed to open my stomach up back 98 I was told I will wake up with one
We prayed before and woke up without it thank GOD daily for that

Yeah I been on diet since
April 25 th
I lost 64 lbs

and still losing more

by avoiding this crap lol
