2 hours of smoke at 225 then wrap in heavy foil for 2 hrs last 30 min unwrapped should turn out nice! Throw in some slaw beans n beers! Perfect!

Man, this is one of the biggest things I miss after getting divorced, two years of no grilling/smoking while in an apt. Buying a new home in January and looking forward to it.
