Smokin a fatty on Xmas day

Lol here is how it's made

Weave 2 lb bacon on wax paper,
Flatten 2 lb sausage in gallon ziplock
Cut bag,flip sausage onto bacon
Stuff with veggies and cheese, I used mushrooms, peppers and onions
Roll into a burrito like shape
Pin in place with toothpicks
Smoke until internal temp is 165

Post it when done
 
Been a fan of fatties for years

I got mine in the oven right now... I know, I know you are supposed to smoke it but damn is it cold outside or what??? The wife did it. We went with Jalapenos, white string cheese, sharp cheddar cheese, and fresh tomatoes. I will post pics when it comes out!!!
