Not the greatest pic but I only thought of taking it inside after starting to eat.

This is about 1.5 lbs.

Peel the shrimp if smoking, I sprinkled old bay over them tossed, sprinkled, tossed and sprinkled again.

Melted about 1 and a 1/2 stick of butter but probably didn't use that much since I left it to make a mess in the microwave when I was busy harvesting the parsley.

Added parsley and 1 very large garlic clove.

Added those to the butter, poured over shrimp and placed two sprigs of rosemary on top.

Cooked it around 250 with hickory because it's all I had.

Definitely delicious. Would go well on top of pasta.

If I do it again and it's a stand alone item I would use a lighter wood (for my.preference) and slightly less old bay.

Yummy. I love shrimp.

Me too.

I had to run out and grab these because when I peeled the first ones I kept looking down at my feet thinking I'd got them wet. Kept smelling wet sock smell.

Turns out the original shrimp were not so good lol.

Had to run out and get these.
