Smoked pork tenderloin

Made a dozen smoked tenderloins today. Since wife has had a long week, this was tonight's dinner.

RecTec at 230 for 4 hours. Just put course salt and cracked pepper for seasoning before cooking. Slice thin across the grain and put about a tablespoon of melted butter on top of each tenderloin. Just try not to eat too much which can be a challenge. Have made these many times and always turn out great.

I cooked 12 today at one time on the bottom shelf as I normally share with the neighbors.
 
Just have been using the Sams's Pitboss hickory ones. Decided I liked the flavor better than the ones with fruit wood for most of my cooking. Here is what is left after giving away some to neighbors and son. More than enough for many good meals in the coming days.
