In the Mediterranean I have seen ranchers pen small animals inside their orchards. not only do they get seasoned from the inside out. they keep the ground clear and lower branches stripped. Low maintenance = smart

I’ve spent a lot of time in Mexico & have eaten lot’s of goat. Always good!

Had a barbecued baby goat front shoulder in a restaurant in Monterey, Mexico with a number of different tortillas and salsas on the side. It was awesome!

I had barbecued goat plenty of Sunday afternoons at my grandparents back in the sixties. Yum yum.

Pigs and Chickens are pretty nasty if you ever raised them.

Never had pigs but did have chickens. You are correct. Wifes boss loved those brown eggs.
