@PewPewChris my chubbies are typically cut up and served as appetizers but would be outstanding sliced and put on a sammich.
Pairs well a nise lager or pilsner.
People love it when they see me walking up to them with my chubbie, trust me on this.

We smoked a meatloaf last night for dinner. Never tried the bologna. Note to self...

I smoked some back in late 80s and haven’t thought about it in a while. We customized a van for a guy who promoted a bologna smoking contest which was a big event! They even had song using music from Roy Obersons song only the lonely, it was Only Balonia !
One of my favorite things to smoke. Use a 50/50 mix of Heinz 57 and Allegro hickory marinade injected.
Served on fried egg sandwiches....now I'm hungry again.
