I called them to order a few parts for a Sigma and was shocked at what they told me. Can you believe they had the nerve to tell me there was "NO CHARGE", all they needed was a name and an address to ship the parts to. After reading some comments recently about them, I was surprised by them mailing me the parts for free. The guy even asked if I would hold for a minute while he grabbed the parts off of the shelf. He even told me he was putting them in the envelope, while I was on the line. I have to give them credit for having a responsive customer service department.

In my dealings with S&W Customer Service, they have gone out of the way to be helpful. I have read some stories of S&W owners who were less then pleased with S&W Cusstomer Service. However, they do seem to be trying to get better.

Although my M&P is so well made it will never need service, it's good to hear they have their priorities straight.....
