Really, tho, not sure where ya live, but, most cities have noise ordinances that take effect at 10PM nightly and if yours has one, call it in, record the sounds in daughters room for the hearing, keep calling nightly till they have enough complaints to issue a citation for violation of ordinance. I was staying in a hotel room when a group of black folks got the room next to me and commenced to being as loud as they can be while blasting gangsta rap. I tolerated it until about 8pm and then put on the most satanic metal music I could find and turned it up as loud as I could with out busting the tv speakers. They got the hint.
