I am just getting into collecting Silver and Gold Coins. I would like to get some input on what type of coins or bars i should look out for and where i can find some like locations in Georgia where its sold and where you can sell to buyers.

They are pretty close to you. https://www.thevaultcoinjewelry.net/ I've been in a couple times passing through and they've had fair prices on silver rounds.
I've only ever bought online from JMBullion & Provident, and had good experiences. I personally like the American Eagle 1oz rounds, these typically command a $1.00-$2.50 over spot in my experience.

Chuck there is a thread that’s about silver.its been on here for a long time.some of those guys keep up with it daily

Sweet! thanks for the input man its really interesting on the collecting of silver and gold. Ever since i saw that episode of Pawn Stars where a guy came in and tried to sell a Gold bar form a spanish ship that sunk hundreds of years ago and he found it in his grandfathers attic. It sold for over 50k

Pick through it, there's a wealth of knowledge here on the trader. I've been a coin collector for most of my adult life, but knowledge of investment buying is a whole different beast.
Oh yeah Definately! hopefully one day i can find something rare.
Look on YouTube too, if you're buying person to person there are a lot of fakes out there and they're good side to side you couldn't tell him but there's little tricks so if you're buying from a person you might be able to check them out and not get burned
