Signs of Ammunition Market Stabilizing

Heard some good news today but first there was once again bulk 556, 40, 12/20 gauge and various other calibers still sitting on the shelves today at my local store after their morning frenzy.
OK on to the news that the sky is falling consortium (aka the chicken little crew) is bound to belittle. I heard one big box store is set to loosen restrictions and allow the purchase of up to 10 boxes of shotgun ammo in conjunction with their current box limit on other ammo.
If that happens it will mark the first time since restrictions began that they will be loosened rather than continuing to tighten.
