I have an opprotunity to pick up a P245 from a private seller. I have done some research and other than the obvious fact that they discontinued this model are there any other things I should know about them before I decide? I spoke with a guy that has one and he said he loves it but that the recoil is fairly heavy and that he had his ported to help control the muzzle rise. The asking price is in the $500 range. I have never owned a sig but im a .45acp guy and i was looking for a small non-polymer framed pistol for CC. Would this be a good option? I do not have the opprotunity to fire the gun before purchasing it so i thought i would reach out to some who may have and get their opnion. Thanks
