Shopping pawn shop for bows

I need a left hand compound, 29" draw, 60 - lb, but I can't afford new. I don't see any here or on CL.
Are pawn shop bows a good place for a good bow deal?

What bows brands can I adjust at home without a bow press?

Cherokee gun and pawn usually has a few nice bows available, but a lefty might be hard to find

I have a lefty older browning mirage, i don't recall the settings. But we're a good ways apart. Pm me if interested.

I picked up a used 60# Bear Encounter today with 355 grain arrows. It's a little less weight than I used to shoot, but I think it will work out well enough for me. Shoots like a dream out to 40 yards.
