I had one ordered but after a month I called LA and they told me that shellback was about 8 weeks behind.
Yeah it says 8-10 weeks out for delivery.. a lot can change in that amount of time..
$318.31 after tax. As long as I get some Armor before the Election! I was looking at their Level IV Plates (L4PLATE) and it is crazy how they come and go in-stock, daily with a few here or there. I finally decided on 2 of them, and they're only $231.72 with 10% off shipped/tax. I bet they will be in tomorrow after the 15% promo is over. I already have a nice carrier from an old buddy who bought it for himself on deployment. Was also considering the Spartan AR550 III+ with side plates.. more expensive and heavier. As paul harrell said "No matter which way the election goes there's going to be a lot more civil unrest"
Thought about these myself. I figure I buy them, someone enters my home and I slide it on. Then I get hit with a head shot. I'd be pissed if I spent the money and ended up getting tagged in the head. lol
