No certifications or licences, just job experience. I'm perfectly fine with finding something that requires me to be on a probationary status until I prove my worth. I realize many jobs these days require certifications, I just haven't had a position before where doing the job ended up becoming certified, other than small forklift certification when I was with Home Depot, but that wasn't anything official.

The FCC license is basically a boat captains radio operator license. I have a good buddy who does aircraft avionics out of Greenville South Carolina.
