Please elaborate, Man that sounds good. I am just a newbie at smoking meats.

But aint prime rib supposed to be juicy?

What do you do for the Au jus?

It will be juicy need the internal temp to get to about 110 in the smoker. Have the oven pre headed to 400. Take it off the smoker and put I. The oven for 15 or 20 min or until u get to ~130 or so internal temp (turn the oven off as soon as the prime goes in) your just trying to get the "crust" on the outside. Then loosely wrap in foil and let it rest for 30 min or so...it will be so juicy you won't need the ajuse(sp) I like horseradish with my prime rib.
 
I smoked a 6 lb prime rib for thanksgiving. About 90 mins at 225°. Rubbed it with Morton's seasoning and plenty of fresh cracked pepper. Turned out AH-MAZING!
