Real simple recipe,
1 lb pecans
1/4 cup butter melted
Salt to taste
320 degrees for 25-30 minutes

Although that was the recipe my grandfather used, I've started spreading in a single layer, spraying with olive oil, salting, and put them in a toaster oven for 10 minutes at 300°. I think the toaster oven is closer to the heating element, as they'll burn if left longer.

We snack on these, as well as crumbling them up on homemade oatmeal. Good stuff, for sure!
