When you are retired you spend all your time with medical stuff, doctor's office visits, treatment sessions, trips to the pharmacy, etc. If you had a job you wouldn't have time for all of them.

Many years ago I was talking to the manager of a sav-on-drug when a old lady walked up with a store ad in he hand and wanted to know why they didn't have half gallon bottles of sky vodka in-stock..the manager told her they didn't carry that item..the old lady went bat crap crazy on him she was yelling about bate and switch and sav-on-drug was a crap company who treats thier costumer like total crap....the manager politely looked her and said thats a Payless drug ad you have in your hand....with out missing a beat she said what said still applies and walked out of the store in a huff....the manager look at me and said it happens every day lol
