I have a retaining wall between my house and the street that is 20yrs old and starting to move in the wrong direction. Norcross/Duluth area. Looking to have it rebuilt. Its a big job, first quote was 12k. Any ODTers want to quote me?

I do erosion and drainage, also retaining walls. HATE HATE HATE them especially if they are made out of railroad ties.
Give me the L x H and what material you want (IE: block or 6x6 timbers) and i'll let you know if $12k is fair.
Regardless who you choose, make sure they install the correct DRAINAGE BEHIND THE WALL.....most of the walls I've seen done by the builders have ZERO drainage. That's a good reason why so many walls FAIL.
