I have seen CCI at Academy for $12.99 a sleeve and they don't last long. I know commercial reloaders that are paying around $0.08 for some of their primers.
Primers are getting easier to find but the prices aren't coming down anytime soon.

I don’t think we will see the sub $40 bricks but… 60-75 yes

I think wholesale is around $60 per k right now on standard primers. Match and military grade are a little higher. It may be a little while before we see them in the range you mentioned.
