Reloading for 7mm Mauser

I have a M98 Mauser in 7 x 57 and ammo is hard to find and expensive. I am thinking about reloading for it. Does anyone have any idea what the twist rate might be, as well as recommendations for bullet weight?

most were 1 in 8.6" ( converted from mm)

it's a fine round for hunting.

Academy Sports in Newnan has had 7x57 each time I have looked.

Projectile weight if I remember correctly is basically in the same range as 7 MM mag.
120-140 GR., although it will handle heavier stuff.
